Ring of Fire Properties

BUTLER PROPERTY

Regionally, Butler has four VMS mineralized greenstone fold limbs (to the north, west and southeast - likely the same stratigraphic suite) all of which have now yielded VMS mineralization over a potential cumulative strike length of approximately 20 km. The Butler Five Zone has Nickel-Copper sulfides, similar to vein-controlled mineralization peripheral to many significant Nickel-Copper-PGE (Platnium Group Elements) sulfide orebodies (e.g., Sudbury Basin deposits, Kabanga, Montcalm, etc.). This area has excellent, untested airborne and ground EM conductors and needs follow-up drilling. A new VMS camp with characteristics similar to those seen at Matagami or Noranda in Quebec is now conceivable (i.e., larger VMS deposits with satellite deposits along strike)- Haydn R. Butler, P.Geo

Location:Butler Claims large

  • 47 kilometres south-west of Webequie,Ontario. Access by float plane or helicopter

Targeted Commodity:

  • VMS (Volcanic Massive Sulphides), Copper, Zinc;  MMS (Magmatic Massive Sulphides), Nickel, PGE Platnium group elements, Vanadium

Property Size Land Position:

  • 73 contiguous mining claims, covering an area of 176.9 square kilometres.

Stage of Exploration:

  • Early Exploration

Ownership:

  • 25% MacDonald Mines, 75% Noront Resources

Mineralization Potential:

  • The Butler property has the potential to be a large Volcanic Massive Sulphide (VMS) camp. Six zones of high VMS mineralization, including the "Butler 5" zone for Ni-Cu-PGE have been found on the property.

SANDERSON PROPERTY

Location:Sanderson Claims large

  • 80 kilometres east-north-east of Webequie, Ontario. Access by float plane or helicopter

Targeted Commodity:

  • Copper, Zinc, Vanadium, Chromium, Nickel, PGE (Platinum group elements)

Property Size Land Position:

  • 70 contiguous mining claims, covering an area of 158.3 square kilometres.

Stage of Exploration:

  • Early Exploration

Ownership:

  • 25% MacDonald Mines, 75% Noront Resources

Mineralization Potential:

  • The Sanderson property covers a large ferro-gabbro intrusion (the “Big Mac” intrusion) and possible footwall ultramafic intrusion similar in scale to the Black Thor intrusion and which is prospective for nickel-copper as well as chromite deposits.

SEMPLE PROPERTY

Location:

  • 50 kilometres east of Kasabonika, Ontario and 68 kilometres north-west of Webequie, Ontario. Access by float plane or helicopter

Targeted Commodity:

  • Nickel, PGE (Platinum group elements)

Property Size Land Position:

  • 21 contiguous mining claims, covering an area of 48.1 square kilometres.

Stage of Exploration:

  • Early Exploration
  • Currently under a Hold Status and work Exclusion Permit

Ownership:

  • 100% MacDonald Mines

Mineralization Potential:

  • The data compiled to-date for the Semple-Hulbert property has been reviewed by leading experts in the nickel field, and has been described as a Voisey’s Bay look-alike. The property contains very conductive and discrete targets within a layered magnetic structure, which is typical of magmatic massive sulphides containing nickel. Chemical classification of the rocks has determined that most of the mafic rocks encountered are of a troctolitic, anorthositic troctolite and olivine gabbro lithological character – reinforcing the Voisey’s Bay analogy. Some of the analyzed samples have favorable geochemical signatures suggesting magmatic processes conducive to Ni-Cu-PGE generation were operative in the magma that gave rise to these rocks.Semple Hulbert Claims large
