Overview

The Butler Property covers a very prolific belt of felsic volcanic rocks which host four
known zinc-copper rich volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) occurrences. The Sanderson
property covers a large ferro-gabbro intrusion (the “Big Mac” intrusion) and possible
footwall ultramafic intrusion similar in scale to the Black Thor intrusion and which is
prospective for nickel-copper as well as chromite deposits.

Semple Property – 21 contiguous mining claims, covering an area of 48.1 sq.km, located 50
km east of Kasabonika, Ontario and 68 km north-west of Webequie, Ontario.
Baltic Property – 19 non-contiguous mining claims, covering an area of 48.1 sq. km, located
80 km east-north- east of Webequie, Ontario.

Overview

The data compiled to-date for the Semple-Hulbert property has been reviewed by leading
experts in the nickel field, and has been described as a Voisey’s Bay look-alike. The
property contains very conductive and discrete targets within a layered magnetic
structure, which is typical of magmatic massive sulphides containing nickel. Chemical
classification of the rocks has determined that most of the mafic rocks encountered are of a
troctolitic, anorthositic troctolite and olivine gabbro lithological character – reinforcing the
Voisey’s Bay analogy. Some of the analyzed samples have favorable geochemical signatures
suggesting magmatic processes conducive to Ni-Cu- PGE generation were operative in the
magma that gave rise to these rocks.
