Amanda Fullerton, LL.B.

Non-Executive Chairwoman

Ms. Fullerton has over 13 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate/commercial law and corporate governance focused primarily in the mining and oil and gas industries. She has been the Vice-President, Legal & Corporate Secretary of Gran Colombia Gold Corp. (TSX:GCM) since March 2019 and the Corporate Secretary of Denarius Silver Corp. (TSXV:DSLV) since February 2021. She was previously the Vice President, Legal & Corporate Secretary of Aris Gold Corp. and Vice President, Legal of Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. Prior thereto, Ms. Fullerton was an associate with Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP from September 2008 to March 2011 and Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP from March 2011 to March 2014. Amanda holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree (Honors Physiology) from Western University.

Steven Butler

Director

Mr. Butler has a twenty-five year career in capital markets focused in mining equity research and sales. He has held senior positions at four investment banks including BMO Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity, TD Securities and GMP Securities. Steven has served as a director of E79 Resources Corp. since December 2020, and currently holds the position of Business Development Advisor at Certarus Ltd. Steven holds an MBA from Dalhousie University (1991) and HBSc in Geology from Queens University (1988).

Stuart Adair, CPA, CA

Director

Mr. Adair is a seasoned finance executive who has been investing in the junior mining sector for over 25 years. He has been CFO of Accord Financial Corp. (TSX: ACD), a TSX-listed commercial finance company, since 2002. At Accord Financial, Stuart is involved in capital and risk management, strategic planning, acquisitions, corporate taxes, as well as financial management and reporting. Through his tenure, he developed and implemented Accord’s corporate governance policies. M. Adair is a CPA, CA and holds a BA from Sheffield University, U.K. and an MA from Queens University in Economics.

Kevin Tanas, P.ENG

Director

Mr. Tanas is currently Senior Principal, Technology and Expert Solutions, Mining, Minerals & Metals at Worley, a consulting, engineering, and construction services company. Kevin manages front-end studies, and performs technical and economic analysis for base metals, precious metals, and energy sectors. He acts as Independent Engineer for various investors in due diligence review, and as Qualified Person for Technical Reports as required by global stock exchanges. Previously, Kevin practiced as Principal, Metals and Mining Consulting with Wood Mackenzie, a research and consultancy business, and was focused in mineral market dynamics, government fiscal strategy, and mining sector development. Kevin also worked for RPMGlobal as Principal Consultant with primary focus in technical advisory consulting, and served as Vice President of Business Development, North America. Kevin’s experience encompasses all stages of the mine’s life cycle of open pit and underground deposits. He has a strong understanding of the mining business model, operating philosophies and data management requirements for successful asset management. His operation and consulting experience spans the Americas, Africa and Australia. Kevin holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Gregory J. Romain

President & CEO, Director

Mr. Romain was President & CEO of Gowest Gold Ltd. From May 2008 – June 2021, a publicly traded junior exploration company where he advanced its flagship Bradshaw gold project in Timmins Ontario from pure exploration to a fully permitted1,500 TPD Mine Site. Prior to this, Mr. Romain was President & CEO of Norcast Castings Company Limited a company that he joined in 1989 as a Technical Sales Representative. During his tenure with Norcast, Mr. Romain held several positions including International Sales Manager in 1993 and Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 1999. He was responsible for growing the consumable liner business globally. He assumed the position of President of Norcast in 2001 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in May 2005. Mr. Romain was successful in taking Norcast public as an Income Trust (Norcast Income Fund) on June 22, 2005. He was also responsible for selling the company to a private equity group based in Switzerland on March 23, 2007, after the Canadian Government announced the taxation of Income Trusts. Prior to joining Norcast, Mr. Romain held operational roles at Indal and Toronto Refiners & Smelters. Mr. Romain is past director of Gowest Gold Ltd, the Canadian Association of Mining Equipment for Service and Export and Norcast Income Fund. He is the past Chairman of the Toronto Branch of the Canadian Mineral Processors. Mr. Romain graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering Technology (1986) from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute and in 2001 completed the Executive Program at Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.

Mackenzie Watson, B.Sc., P.Geo., P.Eng

Technical Advisor

Mr. Mackenzie (Mac) Watson, has over 50 years experience in the exploration, development, and mining industry, and has been involved in the discovery of numerous mineral deposits in Canada. He is currently Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quest Rare Minerals. Mr. Watson spent his career in the junior mining sector, as CEO of Lynx Canada Exploration from l969 to 1985, and CEO of Freewest Resources from 1985 until 20l0 when it was taken over by Cliffs Natural Resources. Mr. Watson was awarded Canada’s Prospector of the Year Award in 1991 for his contribution to the discovery of the Harker Holloway gold mine (Ontario), the Icon-Sullivan copper mine (Quebec), the Long Lake zinc mine (Ontario), the Ellison gold deposit (Quebec) and the Hebecourt copper deposit (Quebec); and again in 2010 for his contributions to the mineral discoveries in the Ring of Fire area of Northern Ontario. He was also awarded the Quebec Prospector of the Year Award in 1992 for his participation in the discovery of the Pusticamica and Verneuil gold deposits in Quebec. In January 2015, Mr. Watson was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.
